Meet our Staff
Donald Thibodeau  is our resident I.A.
Donald has over twenty years of  
experience in airplane maintenance
and runs the shop.  He has vast
turbine
, 121, and 135 experience.
Donald prides himself in catching
problems on the ground to avoid them
in the air.  Donald
is originally from
Kansas City and is new to Lake
Aviation Center and has already
impressed many local airplane owners.

Gary is our part time resident
retired pilot and mechanic.  
You
will find Gary assisting in the
shop
.  Gary has worked on his
own and many local aircraft for
years and adds some great
knowledge to the shop
. He hold
a P license from the FAA.  
When he is not working in the
shop you might catch him flying
Young Eagles for the local EAA
chapter.

You will find Jason Smith helping Donald
many days.  He has had a long career from
fire fighting, flying airplanes, to now working
on aircraft.  He flew Black Hawks in the
Army and spent time overseas.  He got a
fixed wing license and flew for the Regional
Airlines.  He currently  has a Long-EZ and
maintains it himself.  He is working under
Donald and working on his A & P license.
